Kingdom of Wonder

Greetings Cambodia, and welcome to the 4th edition of the CryptoAsia Bitcoin newsletter. In this edition of our newsletter we discuss Bitcoin Cash, useful online resources, and upcoming events in Phnom Penh.

There is so much happening in the world of Bitcoin these days that it is impossible to keep track of it all. If you want to stay updated on Bitcoin activities in the Kingdom, make sure to follow the CryptoAsia Facebook page.

Bitcoin Cash Rising

The big news lately is the death of the SegWit2x agreement and planned Bitcoin capacity upgrade. The Bitcoin network has been struggling to keep up with its explosion in popularity. As a result, high network fees and slow confirmation times have eroded its value as a medium of exchange. A plan to grow the capacity of the network (called SegWit2x) was recently postponed. Bitcoin has little hope for an improvement in fees and confirmation times.

Two months ago, however,  the Bitcoin network split into 2 chains: one chain continued with the original code and another was coded for a capacity increase. The new chain, called Bitcoin Cash, struggled to gain traction…. until now.

Users who seek a practical internet-based currency are switching to Bitcoin Cash. As a result, the price has rocketed past $2000 recently. Click to learn more about Bitcoin Cash.

  1. Hi Steve and Bitcoiners.
Roger Ver and Jihan Wu are pumping their altscamcrashcoin!
BCrash has a private, not public opensource code. It’s mining is quite centralized/cartelized.
The evil friends try to pump it as it can be mined with advantage using Bitmain’s patented cheat ASICBoost technology, and the same Antminers have a remote control/switch that Jihan can trigger if his customers don’t mine his favourite shitcoin!
Then if you look on the mempool spam-fees bloating, you can clearly see the spam to be used for propaganda, see https://jochen-hoenicke.de/queue/#1w
Stay away from BTrash, Litecoin is the petty cash to Bitcoin store of value!
    HODL
